Data in three places, none of them right
A small privacy consultancy had grown organically — and their data had followed. Files lived across Google Drive, TransIP-hosted email, and the owner's personal Office 365 Family account. Multiple people shared a single mailbox. Some staff had no dedicated mailbox at all. By the time we were brought in, even the client wasn't sure where everything was stored.
One environment, clear structure
We set up a clean Microsoft 365 Business environment and migrated everything into it in a single Saturday cutover. Each user was given the right license for their actual needs — Business Standard for power users, Exchange-only for lighter mailboxes, and shared mailboxes where multiple people needed access to the same inbox.
