Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026
This policy explains, in plain terms, what 365DevNet collects through this website and why. In short: we use privacy-friendly, cookieless statistics, only functional cookies, and we use what you send us only to answer you. No data is sold, and nothing here identifies you personally.
Who we are
365DevNet is an IT company based in the Netherlands (KvK 97226270). We operate this website and are responsible for how your data is handled. Questions? Email us — the address is at the bottom of this page.
Website statistics and heatmaps
To understand how the site is used and to improve it, we use Umami — privacy-friendly analytics that we host ourselves. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and stores no personal data. It records aggregate figures such as which pages are viewed, the approximate country and the type of device — never who you are.
We also use heatmaps: an anonymous, aggregated picture of where visitors click and scroll, used purely to improve the site. There are no session recordings or replays — we cannot watch individual visits, only see which areas are used, and no personal data is stored.
Cookies
We use only functional cookies: one remembers your language preference, and one remembers your cookie-consent choice so we do not ask again. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can view or clear them at any time in your browser.
Because our statistics and heatmaps are cookieless, they place nothing on your device.
When you contact us
If you use our contact form or email us, we receive what you provide — typically your name, email address, topic and message. To keep the form free of abuse, a bot check (Altcha) runs in your browser and the content of your message is checked by an AI spam filter (Groq, based in the US) before it reaches us; it is used for nothing else. When you use the form, we also send you a confirmation email.
We do not use your details for newsletters, marketing or anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your correspondence for as long as we are helping you and a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick things up again on a follow-up. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. The main outside service involved is the AI spam filter (Groq) that checks contact-form messages for abuse; otherwise we use only the providers needed to run this website and deliver our email, and only as far as necessary to do that work on our behalf.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. One email is enough. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date above. If something ever genuinely needs your consent, we will ask for it clearly first.
